As you are aware that Ministry of Corporate Affairs have elevated the importance of timely compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 by raising the amount of late fees and penalties. It is best to have a professional deal with these compliances so that there are no initial hiccups of expenses towards such penalties.

There are various recurring filings required to be done by companies registered in India like annual accounts (AOC-4), annual returns (MGT-7), loans returns (DPT-3), disclosure of pending payments to MSMEs (MSME-1), verification of DIN details (DIN-KYC), etc. These are some of the regular filings expected of any type of registered company in India.
